Has anyone heard of these names for boys?

Blaze or Breckin...what do you think?

Has anyone heard of these names for boys?
I've heard both. i even knew a guy named Breeze. He pulled it off only because he was this dark brooding, sexy hunk of a guy.





I don't like Blaze for a child. I had a childhood horse named Blaze so it reminds me of a pet.


Breckin sounds like Reckin to me...which is Texas slang. I don't like Breckin at all.
Reply:i've heard of blaze, and it too makes me think of a horse name or a superhero name, so....





but breakin i like better, it just brings to mind skiing in colorado at breakin ridge, but all names bring something to mind, don't they?





one tip i would have is learned from my parents: my dad want to name my brother augustus thor, but my mother would not have it. we always just called him dalton james augustus clark, and since he liked augustus, we added it to his birth certificate.

Reply:uhm, whenever I think of the name Blaze I think of getting high, I don't think your child would apprieciate that very much.


Breckin is kind of odd, but nope I've never heard of any of those names for children.
Reply:I've heard of them, but Blaze makes me think of horses and their markings (sorry, I'm a horsey person!). Breckin is very unique, but i personally would not choose it.

And I've never heard of anyone being called Breckin, but I know of a person named Brinkin... but she's a girl. Breckin's kinda cool though for a boy :)
