I love all the names you're currently considering, though I might pair Jemima and Imogen with other names (keeping both, however -- I adore them! -- as a combo it would just be too much J and M sound for me, personally).
I'd avoid any overly-matchy floral names for a first name (Poppy and Daisy or Magnolia, for instance, seems like overkill and doesn't allow them to stand on their own quite as nicely). Except possibly Flora. Poppy and Flora might be doable. ;) You might also consider some mythological first names ... along the same lines as Hermione.

Boys names which do u prefer?
It seems like with the girls name Allie Marie was unanimous but if it's a boy we've come up with Liam Anthony, Nicholas David, and Brandon Johnathan. Which do u prefer? Liam Anthony was more than likely our first choice.

Liam Anthony and Nicholas David are my two favorites. Liam is a little more unique which is nice sometimes. It carries a softer, nice-guy sort of feel to it in my mind. Nicholas is a bit stronger of a name, but both are beautiful. The last is not bad.... just doesn't flow as easily off the tongue for me... and when you're boy is in trouble, you'd best believe his name becomes both. *smile* For Allie Marie, the girl name, I would really recommend naming her something a little longer and calling her Allie... as an adult she might prefer to be something a little more formal. I named my daughter Alliana but she's Ally to us. I chose it because I wanted something a little different from Allison... Alexandra would be another option for an Allie.

If we have a girl her name will either be Chelsea Lee or Hannah Lee.

Does anyone know where i can find a list of baby names for boys and girls that was popular during the 1860s?
I checked the Social Security Agency website for a list. They record and keep official data like this. However, it appears as if they did not start recording popular baby names until the 1880's. If anything for the 1860's exists, it is most likely an unofficial record... sorry. But if you're just casually browsing for baby names, then it will be worth checking out the 1880's list since these lists don't vary all that much from one decade to another.

I cant find a spacific book that has names in it from that period, but i would look up peoles family trees and search around that time period. I think that betsy was a popular one then too... the biblical ones never go out of style, and where very popular around that time period.

For boys: Javin is Sanskrit and means "hurricane", which is kind of cute for a boy. :D Jager is a strong German name. Javed (like David) is a nice Persian name.
Then for girls, there is Jolie, which is French for "pretty" and other Sanskrit one, Josya (JOSH-yuh). It means "delightful" which is cute.
Sorry about the little selection. There isn't much to work with. D: But I hope you like one.

No offense, but just because you and the other girls in your school might think that "unique" names are "kewl," I can assure you that choosing a name that is too made-up or "unique" can be a serious detriment to your child later in life. There have been numerous studies done that look at the effect a person's name has on the likelihood that they will get called for a job interview.
I don't think it's "old fashioned" to want to bestow names upon your children that will be beneficial to their pursuit of success in the future, as opposed to saddling them with names that might be a hindrance.
