What are some good baby names for girls and boys? Middle names too?

Can you give me some names first and middle, for both a girl and boy. My best friend, Jessica, is pregnant with twins. One's a girl and the other's a boy. She's 5 months pregnant and she stil needs to pick out some names. She asked me to help with finding a good name she's really appreciate your help thanks!
