Do you know any little boys names Caden, what are they like?

Seems like a silly question but just curious as I have never known a Caden. I'm from Canada and it is not a popular name here, especially here in Quebec.

Do you know any little boys names Caden, what are they like?
Ugh ... literally a dozen of them. All are fairly unruly, to put it nicely, but that generally has less to do with the name itself and more with the sort of parents that often use a very-trendy/popular name (usually young and possibly undereducated, first child, not the type to put much thought into things, etc.). In other words, I'd assume the misbehavior was more linked to the parents' lack of experience, discipline and/or care (unfortunately) than a fair reflection of what a little "Caden" might act like. Sadly, that's still the sort of child that comes to mind when I hear the name NOW -- despite it being a handsome choice in general, prior to its overuse -- thanks to my own real-life experiences.

Along those same lines, it would be fair to mention that this generally applies to ALL the rhyming Aidans (real or created) -- Braden, Dreyden, Graydon, Hayden, Jadon, Raiden, Zayden, et al -- so even if a particular one isn't overly common where you live, beware if even ONE of the others is. Caden will still *seem* overused to many simply by association. That is, after all, the general problem with names that are part of such a large trend. There's simply no getting away from it, unfortunately.
Reply:Know a wittle guy named Caden, but we spell it Kaeden, and he's awesome! Don't know if the name really matters as to what type of person he'll be, but Kade (Cade) sounds cool for a nickname. Kaeden isn't really popular here in the states either, or at least not where we're from, but we liked it. So if you like it, then go for it. Who cares whether or not its popular-- at least he'll stand out in a crowd of heard that name befores. Just hope he stands out in a good way.
Reply:The only one I know is 5, and he's my old youth pastor's kid, so of course, he's wild. Just kidding. He's actually a lot more behaved than his older brother, at least when I'm around. He's a really sweet kid, kind of shy. That's about all I can think of right now.
Reply:I know to cadens, they are crazy little boys, but i dont think names have anything to do w/ how they act, i think its how they are raised..
Reply:I don't know anyone named Caden. It seems like a very wussy name....cute for a 3-year-old, but by the time the kid is 10, he'll be getting pounded at least a couple times a week.
Reply:Don't know about it ,too..but have one Farang call me Mr.Shrimp bec I am small and short..
